Quick Start Guide

The Getting Started section is designed to help new users quickly set up their BERA Network account, connect their wallet, and begin interacting with the platform. Whether you’re interested in staking, providing liquidity, or trading, these steps will guide you through everything you need to start earning on BERA Network.

Account Setup

  • Overview: BERA Network is a decentralized platform that supports various types of connections. You can use Web3 wallets such as Keplr, Leap, Metamask, Cosmostation, Ledger or simply use account abstraction by logging in with your Google account, Apple account, Discord, X account, Reddit, or even just your email.

  • Supported Wallets:

    • BERA Network supports a variety of Web3 wallets, including Keplr, Leap, MetaMask, Cosmostation, and Ledger. Make sure your preferred wallet is compatible with the network.

    • But BERA Network also support social logins such as Google account, Apple account, Discord, X account, Reddit, or even just your email.

  • Creating a Wallet (if you don’t already have one):

    • Download a Web3 wallet (e.g., Keplr) and follow the app’s instructions to set it up.

    • Backup Your Seed Phrase: Be sure to securely save your wallet’s seed phrase. This phrase is the only way to recover your wallet and should be kept safe and private.

Connecting Your Wallet

  • To begin using BERA Network, you’ll need to connect your wallet.

  • Steps:

    1. Open the BERA Network platform and select “Connect Wallet”.

    2. Choose your wallet from the list of supported options.

    3. Approve the connection request in your wallet. Once connected, you’ll be able to access BERA Network’s features and manage your assets directly from your wallet.

  • Troubleshooting: If you’re having trouble connecting, ensure that:

    • Your wallet is installed and unlocked.

    • You’re on a compatible browser (Chrome or Firefox is recommended).

    • The BERA Network platform is added to your wallet’s supported networks (instructions can be provided in the platform).

3. Adding BERA Tokens to Your Wallet

  • To start staking, trading, or providing liquidity, you’ll need BERA, ATOM or USDC tokens in your wallet.

  • Acquiring BERA Tokens:

    • You can purchase BERA tokens on supported exchanges or through the BERA Network platform (if available) but you will need ATOM or USDC first to buy your BERA tokens.

    • Once purchased, transfer the tokens to your connected wallet.

4. Navigating the Platform

  • After connecting your wallet, you’ll have access to the BERA Network dashboard, which includes key features like Swap, Earn, Perpetuals, and Leverage LP.

  • Feature Overview:

    • Swap: Easily swap tokens directly on the platform.

    • Earn: Choose from staking options and liquidity mining to start earning rewards.

    • Perpetuals: Access leveraged perpetual trading for advanced trading options.

    • Leverage LP: Increase your liquidity position using leverage.

5. Participating in the Ecosystem

  • Staking BERA Tokens: Start earning by staking your BERA tokens in the Simple Staking section.

  • Providing Liquidity: Contribute to liquidity pools and earn rewards in the Liquidity Mining section.

  • Trading: Use the Swap or Perpetuals features to trade tokens and access leverage if desired.

  • Claiming Rewards: You can claim all your reward instantly on the Dashboard by clicking on "Claim Rewards".

6. Safety Tips

  • Secure Your Wallet: Never share your private keys or seed phrase. BERA Network will never ask for this information.

  • Double-Check URLs: Always ensure you’re on the official BERA Network website to avoid phishing scams.

  • Be Mindful of Gas Fees: Transaction fees may vary, so always review them before confirming any transaction on the platform.
